Reporting into senior leadership, you will act as the key decision-maker for utilities strategy and connection execution across Yondr’s high-growth EMEA footprint.You will play a mission-critical role in shaping power access and infrastructure across all development sites, with full exposure to commercial, technical and governmental stakeholders. With rapid growth plans in place, this is a highly strategic and high-impact position for someone who thrives on ownership and leadership.Who should apply?Experienced senior utilities or energy infrastructure professionals with:7+ years' experience in utilities infrastructure, ideally across EMEABackground in utility engagement, grid strategy or HV connectionsExperience in data centres, energy infrastructure, real estate or constructionStrong commercial understanding of utility tariffs, contracts and negotiationBachelors in Engineering, Construction or related fieldFluent German and English are a pre-requisiteRole and Reporting LinesReporting into the Development leadership team and working across all functional departments (Design, Legal, Construction, Capital Projects), this role will involve:Grid Strategy – Develop and lead regional utilities and grid connection strategy for new data centre sitesDue Diligence – Manage the utilities due diligence process to support site feasibility and acquisitionStakeholder Engagement – Build relationships with developers, utilities, municipalities and landownersInfrastructure Development – Scope, cost, and plan utility infrastructure for each developmentNegotiation & Agreements – Lead all utility negotiations and connection contracts with power providersCross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Legal, Finance, Construction and Capital Projects to execute projectsProject Delivery – Support the timely and compliant delivery of utility connectionsInnovation & Insight – Stay ahead of trends in power infrastructure, regulatory change and site viabilityInterested in this position?To apply please submit your CV to Aonghus Cody who is managing this assignment via the link below or to inquire further please contact us directly on 01 529 4200.
