Hence, we are committed to providing a conducive environment for all employees to realise their full potential, who in turn have the opportunity to continuously drive innovation.We are searching for our next team members to join our growing team.If you love the idea of being part of a growing company with exciting prospects in mobile and web technologies that create positive impact on people's lives, then we would love to hear from you.Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a UX DesignerThis is a 1-Year Contract roleInternal Code: CD020What will you do?Work on multiple products in cross-functional teams with designers, developers and product managersDefine user flows in the form of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for ESTL productsConduct user research to understand the needs and challenges to make informed design decisionsOrganise user testing sessions to validate designs and gather valuable insightsContribute to and make use of our evolving design system to ensure consistency and scalability across ESTL productsManage stakeholder requirements and incorporate them into the product designCreate and provide design specifications and assets to ensure accurate implementation of designs by development teamsFacilitate kick-off workshops to define objectives, gather requirements, and align on business perspectives. RequirementsYou have a minimum of 5-7 years experience as a UI UX designer, where you've been a key contributor to the success of the products that have been launchedYou have experience in building digital products with end-to-end delivery involvement including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning flows, and delivering hi-fidelity screensYou have good communication skills to justify design rationale to stakeholdersYou have the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, business analysts and product owner to deliver and evolve featuresYou have good problem-solving skills, are meticulous and detail-orientedYou have strong design skills and proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail and other design toolsYou have experience in using design systems to ensure scalability, efficiency and consistencyYou have a strong design portfolio that demonstrates your experienceYou believe in using technology for public good Preferably worked in the government or education sectorFamiliarity with accessibility and inclusive design principlesBenefitsWhat do we offer in return?Fun working environmentEmployee Wellness ProgramDoes it sound like something you are interested in exploring further?
