About The PositionWe’re looking for a UX Designer who’s passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.You’ll work closely with our Senior Digital Experience Manager, our UI Designer, developers and cross-functional partners in marketing, legal and data.Together, you’ll design, test, and optimize user journeys across Shopify, Skio, and our broader mybacs ecosystem — with a strong focus on our Spanish market. We are open for applications from Munich or fully remote (within the EU)Your missionYour primary goal is to increase the conversion rate our our Spanish e-commerce shop (& other soft KPIs like bounce rate, session duration & scroll depth)Bring an understanding of Spanish e-commerce user behavior, ensuring our Spanish site feels native, intuitive, and localized.Design and optimize user flows and interfaces across web and mobile.Create high-converting UX patterns for product pages, bundles, checkout, and subscription journeys.Collaborate with devs, data, and marketing to translate test results and insights into design improvements.Build and iterate on A/B test variants using Convert or similar tools.Work closely with legal and brand teams to ensure content and structure remain compliant and on-brand.Partner with marketing to align UX with campaign objectives (influencer landing pages, seasonal campaigns, CRM assets).Contribute to design documentation, Figma libraries, and internal process improvements.What You Bring Along3–5 years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment with the ability to transfer UX knowledge tweaks from previous work into scalable solutions for our platforms.Strong knowledge of Shopify (and ideally experience with skio or subscription logic).Skilled in A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-driven design.Excellent sense for UI structure, usability, and UX writing.Fluent in Spanish and English (native or near-native level); German is a plusConfident using Figma, and comfortable collaborating with developers and stakeholders.Analytical mindset and hands-on approach – you enjoy testing, learning, and iterating fast.Besides a good gut feeling we offerA role with a direct impact on the growth and development of our start-up.The opportunity to be part of an exciting mission: to build the leading start-up for microbiome supplements in Europe.Innovative products developed on the basis of the latest scientific findings that create real added value for our customers.An attractive, competitive salaryFlexible working hours and a fair holiday policyAbout UsOur mission at mybacs is to make well-being accessible to everyone.
