[1 year contract, renewable]We are developing the National Organ Donation and Transplantation System (NODTS). This system will provide NOTU with a seamless, efficient, and error-free platform to manage critical steps of the time-sensitive organ transplant process. Key functionalities include assessing the suitability of deceased donor organs and matching donor kidneys to recipients.ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end design initiatives, from initial concept through to final delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX designers, engineers, and QA) to ensure designs are not only user-centered and high-quality but also technically feasible, advocating for UX best practices at every stage.Conduct usability testing to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements.Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.Ensure design consistency across pages and flows, balancing aesthetic appeal with usability.Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders and solicit feedback for refinement.Requirements7 of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving abilities, and successful project outcomes.Demonstrated ability in information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design, encompassing a deep understanding of user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
