Position: UX Research InternLocation: RemoteType: Unpaid Internship Part timeStart Date: ImmediateDuration: 3-6 months Location: Preferably US / EuropeWe’re building an AI agentic platform at Gaddr Neurtask, designed to automate complex work and collaborate with humans in meaningful ways. To shape this future, we're looking for a Intern UX Researcher who goes far beyond usability tests and interviews. Someone who thrives in the field, observes real behaviors, uncovers patterns across time and turns complex ecosystems into clear strategic guidance.If you prefer contextual inquiry over lab sessions and strategic research over surface level insights this role is for you.What You’ll Do: • Conduct Contextual Inquiries & Basic Field Studies: Observe users in their natural environment to understand not just what they do, but why uncovering motivations, hidden workarounds, organizational dynamics, and unmet needs. • Drive Focused Field Studies: Dive into specific workflows, team structures, or customer journeys to map friction points and opportunities across the full experience, not just isolated screens. • Own Longitudinal Research Programs: Track user behavior and sentiment over weeks/months to identify evolving needs, habit formation, adoption challenges, and long-term value patterns. • Conduct Strategic Research for Product Direction: Partner closely with leadership to shape product roadmaps, uncover new market opportunities, and define the North Star experience.Your insights will influence what we build not just how we build it.What You Will Not Be Limited To (But will occasionally support when needed) • Interview-based testing • Task-based feedback from support teams • Basic usability testingThese methods may appear in your toolbox, but your primary work will be strategic and field-driven, not tactical or evaluative.What We’re Looking For • 1+ years of UX research experience with a portfolio demonstrating field studies, contextual inquiry and strategic research. • Ability to translate messy real-world observations into clear frameworks, models, and product direction. • Experience working with cross-functional teams design, product, engineering, leadership. • Strong communication skills: you can present insights that change minds. • Comfort working autonomously and leading ambiguous research initiatives.   • Passion for working on AI agent platformWhy You’ll Love Working With Us • You’ll own research that directly shapes the future of the product. • You’ll influence senior stakeholders and strategic planning. • You’ll work in a culture that values deep understanding not just quick findings. • You’ll have the freedom to design and run robust, high-impact research programs.If You’re a Researcher Who: • Prefers observing people in context over sitting in a lab • Thinks in systems, not screens • Wants to influence strategy, not just interface tweaks • Believes insights should be lived, not just asked   • Interested in AI and future of tech…then we want you.Note: This is an unpaid internship.
