UX/UI Designer

If you live and breathe user-centric design, love turning insights into high-fidelity prototypes and scalable design systems, and combine creativity and innovation with hands-on front-end knowledge and experience adapting to platforms like HubSpot, this is your opportunity to shine and make your mark!What you'll be doing:Your mission will be to design and deliver intuitive, brand-aligned digital interfaces across web and mobile. You will be responsible for:Leading end-to-end UX/UI design for websites, landing pages, emails, and digital assets - from discovery and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups, and final specs.Creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.Building and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency, accessibility and responsive behavior across devices.Collaborating with different teams to ensure high-quality implementation, translating designs into actionable specs and adapting for platforms like HubSpot.Running usability validation (heuristic reviews, A/B testing), analyzing UX performance, and continuously optimizing experiences with data-driven improvements.What you'll need:3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI and digital design.Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Digital Design or related field.Portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that align digital design with brand identity.Proven experience in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch/Adobe XD), and in creating/maintaining design systems.Strong command of usability, accessibility, responsive/mobile-first principles and best practices across all digital assets.Front-end knowledge and experience adapting designs to platforms like HubSpot.Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
