Get ready toEvolve the visual and functional direction of our web and mobile experiences, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with business goalsTake ownership of design initiatives—from discovery and wireframing to polished UI and delivery—crafting solutions that balance aesthetics with usabilityUse product metrics, user research, and behavioral data to inform and refine design decisionsCollaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to prototype, test, and optimize impactful experiencesContribute to and maintain a scalable design system that ensures visual consistency and design best practices across all platformsEnjoy a high level of autonomy in your daily work while influencing the broader digital experience strategyWe expect you toHave 2+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing strong web and mobile app design workBe highly proficient in Figma (required); knowledge of tools like Webflow, Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a strong plusDemonstrate solid understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, typography, and accessibilityShow strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and a data-informed mindsetBe comfortable working end-to-end—from research and prototyping to high-fidelity UI and developer hand-offHave experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environmentsBe fluent in Lithuanian and EnglishSalaryGross salary range is 3100-3900 EUR/month.
