As we expand rapidly across the U.S. and Europe, we’re building a team as ambitious as our mission: to help millions of students unlock their full potential in math.The RoleWe're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our product team in Stockholm.In this role, your designs will quickly move from concept to reality. You’ll sketch, prototype, and refine solutions that are shipped into classrooms and districts across the world, where they’re put to use right away. That means you’ll get to see the impact of your work almost immediately - and improve it through real feedback.You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and users to make sure every design is both functional and valuable. As you gain experience, there’s also space to step into greater design ownership of one specific product platform.‍Key ResponsibilitiesCreate user flows, wireframes and hi-fi designs in Figma.Translate defined problems and solutions into clear, user-friendly designs.Collaborate closely with product managers, designer and engineers.Work across the teacher and district platforms, with the potential to fully own the design on district platform long-term.Engage with users — from classroom teachers to district leaders — to ground designs in real needs.‍Who You AreBackground in product design (academic or equivalent work experience).Someone who enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.Curious and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, where features are released regularly and improved over time.Enjoys making sure every design is pixel perfect.Experience working with Design Systems.‍What We OfferRegular visits to schools to see the product in action.A role in a small but growing product team where your work will have visible impact.Fantastic colleagues in a fun environment with great opportunities to learnCompetitive salary and benefits including pension, insurance, and wellness perks.
