In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire design process — from research and ideation to polished, production-ready interfaces.You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and customers to turn complex requirements into delightful, user-centered solutions. If you love design sprints, live in Figma, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — we’d love to meet you.What will your main responsibilities look like?Lead the full UX/UI design process — from user research to high-fidelity delivery.Plan and run design sprints to quickly uncover customer needs, validate ideas, and ensure solutions fit real-world workflows.Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into exceptional product experiences.Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.Use and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.Mentor and support other designers while promoting design best practices across the organization.Stay current on emerging UX trends, accessibility standards, and design technologies.What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or equivalent experience.5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience. Experience in B2B SaaS environments.Expert-level proficiency in Figma — you know components, prototyping, and collaboration inside out.Experience planning and facilitating design sprints and rapid prototyping sessions.Strong grasp of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.A strong portfolio that demonstrates your end-to-end design process and real-world impact.What will make you stand out?A creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of human-centered design and user workflow integration for B2B customers.Strong visual design sense and attention to detail — you care about the pixels and the big picture.Excellent communicator who can explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.Self-motivated and organized, with a passion for building great user experiences.Experience using AI productivity tools such as Replit.Thank you for your interest in SOVRA.
