Maker Lab's cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.Role Summary:We seek a dynamic UX Writer to join a project with our innovative technology client, revolutionising payments. You'll partner with designers and researchers to shape product experiences through meaningful text, defining content strategy and product narratives across platforms.Role:Partner with the rest of the team on delivering engaging content and communications for the users - UX Designers & product managers, UX Researchers, Project Managers, Content Strategists, engineers etcCollaborate and integrate with clients' marketing, branding, creative and other teamsDrive and inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of users through clear and concise copy content across multiple touch points, including page copy, labels, navigation, headings and notifications, etcInitiate & execute UX writing projects and identify better approaches to drive efficiency, providing insights and feedback to the teamIdeate and execute ideas from beginning to end in a fast-paced working environmentYou: At least 6+ years of writing experience in an agency, financial services firm, and hyper-growth technology companiesExperience leading large, complex content strategies for user experiences, from notifications to structuring content in the UIYour commitment will be to delivering work of the highest quality while working with team members to constantly develop new ideas and ensure consistency by building frameworks and guidelines. A sharp-eyed, detailed oriented and good design ambassador. Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning JAPACRole type: 4 months maternity cover starting from March 2026*Please share your portfolio showcasing UX writing work to be considered for the position.Please note: due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted with a follow-up introduction email.  If you do not receive an email from Maker Lab, your application has been unsuccessful this time around.
