Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or any equivalent,Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior positions. Familiar with Box Build Assembly processes and knowledgeable on effective and efficient product manufacturing processes. Candidates must be able to work at Senai, Johor. Job Responsibilities: Execute engineering deliverables for new projects from product development to mass production. Responsible for manufacturing process design, process control setup, line layout design, capacity planning for assigned new product. Accountable for the setup of process documents (PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction).
Responsible for the product form, fit and function; failure trouble shooting and failure analysis. Communication window for project engineering deliverables internally and externally. Execute and lead the various project phase builds. Tack all open issues for each build phase and drive for closure before the start of the next phase.
