OverviewThe Contractor shall identify, requisition, track, receive, inventory, document, store, account for, and issue supplies in support of the AAAF mission. Has a functional, comprehensive, working knowledge of warehouse operations, to include Forward Supply Point (FSP) and Bench stock. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Please list by order of priority and, if possible, provide the percentage of time spent on the activity. All percentages should equal 100%. Count, sort incoming material to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices. Examines stock to verify quantity or conformance to specifications.
Store material in bins, on the floor, on shelves, or in containers according to identifying informationFill orders or issue supplies from stock. Mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles, using labeling equipmentInventory Adjustment articles carried in stock. May determine methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space. Receive, store, and sort unserviceable equipment and supplies for disposalEnsure that all employees are always in compliance with all established Safety Policies and Regulations.
Responsible for quality, professionalism and timeliness of all customer interactions regarding, issue, sales, shipping, and turn-in to maintain a high customer rating. Performs other duties assigned. QualificationsMinimum QualificationsEducation: Equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained may be substituted for education, if degree is required. High school diploma or equivalentA valid passport for visa and valid driver’s license from origin for forklift training. Certifications: N/AExperience: Three (3) years military contracting experience in warehousing and supply operations desired or comparable civilian experience. Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to successfully communicate, listen, and understand customer’s requests and or questions. Ability to exercise discretion and good judgement is required. Ability to prioritized responsibilities to handle a demanding workload is required. Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required. Must have a Strong Customer Service background. Ability to work independently and as part of a large team in a remote environment.
