With a strong presence in the market, the company focuses on delivering high-quality products and solutions.Job DescriptionAs a Validation Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:Act as a project leader, managing both team activities and overall project execution.Developing and executing validation protocols for equipment, processes, and systems.Develop comprehensive validation plans.Author complex process validation protocols, including PPQ.Review validation documents prepared by junior engineers.Maintain clear communication with project teams, site leadership, and global stakeholders.Travel to the transferring site to gain process knowledge and become the subject matter expert for the receiving site.Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in validation principles and exhibit strong project management capabilities.The Successful Applicant A degree in Engineering, Life Science, or a related field.Moderate to advanced expertise in equipment qualification.Leads projects and reviews/approves qualifications authored by E1 and E2.Writing: Handles only complex IQs (e.g., CALC).Review & Approval: Performs most routine reviews and approvals.Project Management: Independently lead moderately complex to complex projects.Strong expertise in process validation.Working knowledge of all listed areas, with deep expertise in several:Test Method ValidationClean RoomsPurified Water SystemsSterilizationComputer System Validation (CSV)Cleaning Validation What's on OfferOpportunities for professional development and career growth.A collaborative work environment within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.Competitive benefits package and holiday leave.Exposure to innovative projects in the Life Science industry.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career as a Validation Engineer in a reputable organisation.
