Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst or Graduate Valuer specializing in valuations for a range of purposes. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including local and international banks, private wealth clients, multinational corporations, and government entities. Based in Riyadh, the position will involve projects across Saudi Arabia and may occasionally extend to the broader Middle East region. The ideal candidate will either be working towards or planning to pursue TAQEEM certification, with the goal of qualifying as a member of TAQEEM.Savills is a globally recognised real estate brand and offers the opportunity for growth and development. We are looking for a motivated and professional individual with an interest in benefiting from the support and experience the brand can offer.Key ResponsibilitiesTo carry our property valuations for land, apartments, villas, offices, warehouses and buildings, both existing property, new build and under construction, ensuring correct advice and guidance is provided on market values. To conduct valuation assignments, including but not limited to inspection, valuation, report writing, meeting and presenting to clientsTo collate information from internal and external sources on the Middle East property marketsTo maintain a database of information by co-ordinating with the research and valuation team membersTo collaborate with other departments to obtain and provide data on marketsPreparation of reports from data collected on the assignments as and when requiredTo develop relationships with companies, institutions and other bodies with a view to offering Savills Middle East capabilities and obtaining information on ongoing or future workContribute to fee income commensurate with role and as set by the line managerProduce high quality presentation skills, with the ability to present information accurately and succinctly both orally and in draft reportsCo-ordinate and manage instructions, specifically the turnaround time whilst maintaining quality controlManage multiple instructions at the same time efficiently and effectivelyEscalating issues to Partners and Surveyors as requiredHandling commercial property inquiries and reporting suitable options to the clientSupport your team in achieving their individual and/or departmental set goals and objectivesAttend internal and external networking events (CPD)Assist in expanding the client base and develop business with existing client contactsSkills, Knowledge And ExperienceEducated to Bachelor’s degree and/or Masters level (Real Estate or Finance degree preferred)Excellent communication skillsDriving license holder (KSA)1 - 2 years’ experience in the KSA is highly preferredHave a sound business knowledge especially within this market sectorHas broad knowledge of principles and practices of related disciplinesWillingness to travel for research/inspections across KSAStrong persuasive and negotiation skillsExcellent reporting and organizational skillsProactive and excellent team playerBased in the Riyadh or willing to relocateOver 42,000 people work for us in more than 700 offices all over the world.
