This is a highly reputable SaaS and technology business entering an exciting new phase of accelerated growth, backed by fresh investment from a global private equity fund. This role offers an opportunity for a dynamic professional to play a pivotal part in shaping the next chapter of a purpose-driven, PE-backed technology business transforming a traditional industry through digital and data. Overview of PositionThe incumbent will drive strategic change initiatives, managing delivery from planning through implementation while ensuring quality, alignment, and measurable outcomes. The role involves leading change management, embedding continuous improvement, and aligning stakeholders across global teams.Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this individual will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution and deliver business-critical transformation objectives.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery; proactively identify and manage risks to ensure sustainable results.Be a key change agent, champion and embed organisational change initiatives to achieve measurable impact.Define and monitor KPIs to track adoption, outcomes, and benefits, fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and accountability across teamsStakeholder management - Build trusted relationships with executives and cross-functional leaders to maintain strategic alignment.Facilitate decision-making and communication across regions and business units, influence senior stakeholders to drive commitment and shared ownership of transformation goals.Requirements:5 years of experience in a reputable management consulting firm (Manager / Team Leader or Post MBA Senior Consultant); additional industry experience is advantageous (SaaS and Technology sector in particular)Proven track record in value creation, strategy, change and transformation, delivering strategic initiatives from design through execution.Expertise in corporate and operating model transformation, growth strategy, and commercial optimisationStrong problem-solving skills, financial modelling proficiency, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing C-suite materials and influencing senior leadership.Skilled at aligning diverse internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment, demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, fast-paced initiatives.Due to the overwhelming volume of responses, only relevant candidates will be contacted.
