We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. Responsibilities: Maintain a thorough knowledge of HR policies and Procedures.
Under the guidance of the Head of HR, provide support to program and operations staff in interpretation of HR policies and procedures and provide technical support on HR issues. Manage the HR mailbox and supporting line, ensuring timely responses and escalation when necessarySupport the HR team across all stages of the employee lifecycle, focusing on pre employment, onboarding, and offboarding. Participate in the recruitment process of hire positions. Posting positions in appropriate media, CV review, interviewing, reference check, job offer, leading the orientation, and travel arrangement.
Ensure proper orientation for all new staff with periodic follow-up field visits for additional support to field teams; collaborate and coordinate with other departments to provide an engaging and welcoming orientation. Responsible for maintaining sound HR records, Trackers and filing. Coordinate company people and culture events/workshops/trainings/seminars. Advise and conduct employees on exit management process for exiting employees and maintain its copies on the file. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with strong operational administrative skill and knowledge. A background in HR is advantageous but not essential.
Proficient in MS Office suite, (Outlook, Excel, Words, Forms). Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage change and build engagement.
