This is a maternity cover position, offering you the chance to make a meaningful contribution.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesReview processed VAT documents and assess the accuracy of VAT treatmentPrepare reconciliations for VAT general ledger accountsSupport the Team Lead in analyzing end-to-end transaction flows and provide recommendations for process improvements from an indirect tax perspectiveExtract, validate, and prepare financial data for EC Sales Lists and IntrastatPrepare ad-hoc reports and ensure data accuracy across systemsContribute to the continuous improvement of Intrastat/ECSL/VAT data quality within the ERP systemSupport process transitions through knowledge transfer and work shadowing activitiesWhat You’ll Need To SucceedBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline2–4 years of experience in accounting or tax-related rolesStrong understanding of international indirect taxation, particularly EU VAT legislationWorking knowledge of SAP is an advantageExperience in managing and interpreting simple to moderately complex data queriesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsA proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvementFluent English, both written and spokenYou will be part ofBecome part of a global organisation where people are at the heart of everything we do.
