该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责: 1、负责陕西省整体战略目标的规划、经营目标的制定，并对考核指标进行拆解，促进业务的达成； 2、负责陕西省的人员管理、团队建设等相关工作； 3、关注市场行业动态，了解业务发展趋势，制定合理的营销策略； 4、负责陕西省业务的市场拓展、渠道综合服务及渠道商管理工作； 5、负责陕西省业务的风险控制工作，保障业务的健康发展； 6、负责陕西省新业务的商务推广工作，扩展并维护与银联、银行及相关机构建立的合作关系。 任职资格: 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验，有银行合作及信用卡等工作经验者优先； 2、具备良好的市场洞察力和市场拓展分析能力，熟悉一线市场； 3、具有业务洽谈合作、盟友及渠道商管理的能力； 4、具有高度的工作热情和责任感，能够承受各种压力； 5、具有良好的语言表达能力，思维灵活，富有极强的管理能力及亲和力。 加分项 有以下行业经验：第三方支付
