Our Company is looking for a Hardware and Firmware Manager, who, aligned with the company’s strategic direction and reporting directly to the CTO, will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the international technical team dedicated to hardware and firmware. This is a management role, with strong emphasis on team leadership, resource planning, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate combines a solid technical background with proven experience in managing people, projects, and priorities across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
This position acts as the key interface between the CTO and the development team, ensuring the right balance between strategic vision and operational execution. The Hardware and Firmware Manager will collaborate closely with Project Management, Product, Technical Support, and Supply Chain to ensure hardware and firmware solutions meet business needs and are aligned with product roadmaps and company standards.
