Associate Director, Fund Services, Jersey Channel IslandsVenari International are delighted to be recruiting for an Associate Director, Fund Services for a client based in Jersey, Channel Islands. The successful applicant would be providing support to the Client Director and other Senior Management to ensure the efficiency of the Company is maintained. To take ownership of a portfolio of entities and be the primary point of contact for all administrative needs. To be proactive in the management of staff (to ensure that they uphold the policies and procedures of the Company as a whole.

To safeguard customer relations by ensuring that work is undertaken efficiently and effectively on an ongoing basis. Role Overview:

Take responsibility for a team and a book of entitiesEnsuring completion of client deliverables in a timely mannerUndertake “B” signatory or “A” if appropriate, responsibilities for the Company and provide cover to other sections when requiredAct as a lead client contact, chair service calls/KPI meetings, and lead preparations for Board MeetingsProvide assistance with new business enquiries and client onboarding, including networking with key intermediariesLead on client quarterly/annual fee collectionsArrange regular team meetings and when necessary, one to one meetings with team members to develop individualsEnsure all work carried out by the team complies with the Fund’s documentation, the company’s policies and procedures and any regulatory requirementsEnsure that the rules, regulations and procedures are always adhered toDevelop and maintain effective relationships between individual members of the teamPerform all tasks in a timely manner, seeking guidance when necessaryResponsibility for leading on client portfolioExperience:

Previous management experience within a financial institution and ideally in a Private Equity Administrative departmentA qualification relevant to the administration of Private Equity Funds as well as trust and company administrationIdeally certificate in offshore administration or equivalentEducation and qualifications’ to at least ‘A’ level standard (essential)Hold a professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA or ACAFor full details please contact Jane MacGregor macgregor. jane@venarirecruitment. co. uk
