Fund Administrator, Jersey Channel IslandsVenari International are delighted to be recruiting for a Fund Administrator, Jersey Channel IslandsThe purpose of this position is to carry out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities Administer funds, management companies and associated fund structures within the team and liaise with clients and intermediaries on a daily basisAssist with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting minutes for routine meetingsMaintain accurate investor records on eFront and process investor changesPrepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and assist with the maintenance of the electronic payments libraryProcess and co-ordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributionsEnsure regulatory and statutory fillings are made in timely mannerAssist with the accounts distribution and filing processAssist and support the induction, integration and training of trainee staff Skills, knowledge, expertiseExperienceComputer literacy skills are essentialGood interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contactsThe candidate will be expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent)Some financial services experience would be advantageous This client provides outstanding training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and professional qualifications to enhance your development.
