Job DescriptionAct as the key liaison between SPX and external vendors, fostering high-level engagement. Escalate and resolve any issues raised by external vendors in a timely mannerPartner with the team to drive fulfillment enhancements and optimize costs. Collaborate with internal and external parties to formulate long-term strategies and set practical operational goals and timelines. Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring they remain aligned with targeted timelines. Manage the onboarding of new vendors, developing and implementing effective procedures for their integration.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business administration, Economics, Logistic management or related fieldExperience in contract negotiation and vendor performance monitoring is a plusFamiliarity with e-commerce, retail, or logistics industry is a plus. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and drive performance improvements. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and drive meetings independently and effectively.
