Job Description

The Vendor Demand Manager is responsible for overseeing IT internal resource capacity planning and managing demand for external vendors to ensure optimal utilization of resources and effective delivery of IT initiatives aligned with company strategy. This role requires forecasting IT workload for both BAU (Business As Usual) operations and strategic projects, developing and maintaining internal capacity plans, and consolidating vendor demand plans.
