Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Vendor Manager to join our client. Contract Period: 14 months with potential to extend or convertPay Rate: Starting from $33 per hourLocation: Toronto, ONLocation Type: Hybrid: 2 days onsite, shifting to 4 days in NovBusiness Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PM Assisting the Regions which are overseas so the timing is different there will be night hours - 1pm to 9 pmJob Responsibilities: Manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML.Monitor, analyze, and report on vendor performance against SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.Identify and escalate issues to mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.Lead problem resolution for complex issues and provide subject matter expertise.Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies and standards.Conduct internal and external research projects and support the development of presentations to management.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs and manage transitions or terminations of vendors.Experience & Qualification Requirements: 5 years of Vendor Management experience5 years of experience with Third-Party Management LifecycleExcellent written & verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal & time management skills****ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A CRIMINAL AND CREDIT CHECK AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS**** How to Apply: If you are a motivated professional looking to contribute to a leading team, please submit your resume outlining your qualifications and experience relevant to this role.
