VENDOR ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

At ElfaSpace, we’re a dynamic fashion and lifestyle marketplace connecting premium brands with shoppers.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all documentation, systems, and procedures are completed accurately and on time.Collaborate cross-functionally to define and align onboarding requirements.Maintain strong communication with vendors to ensure expectations and brand standards are met.Monitor vendor compliance with quality benchmarks, delivery schedules, and contractual commitments.Provide training and support to vendors on system navigation, product listings, and operational workflows.Identify and resolve vendor-related challenges to ensure a smooth partnership experience.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management or onboarding, preferably in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce sector.Strong knowledge of e-commerce systems, inventory management, and vendor operations.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors efficiently within deadlines.Location: Hyderabad (Remote Positions Also Available)📧 Apply now at:careers@elfaspace.com
