Our backers include Accel, EQT Growth, Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sprints, and TPG.Information About The PositionAs a Vendor Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising the vendor operations workflow by leveraging your analytical and technical skills. You’ll be responsible for handling various tasks, primarily focused on analysing complex datasets, contributing to CS vendor cost tracking, processes optimisation and automation, access management, and resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless and efficient vendor management processes. You’ll report to the Vendor Risk & Audit Manager and as part of the Vendor Management team, you’ll act as a central point of contact for Vendor Performance Specialists and Vendor Management Leads. Your contributions will directly influence the problem-solving strategies for both current and future processes, driving improvements and alignment across teams.In this position, you’ll Create and analyse complex datasets and manage data to support vendor operations; perform cost scenario calculations based on composition changes and business needsAssist in financial management tasks related to cost tracking; invoicing process infrastructureBe responsible for vendor teams’ access management to applicable systems and solve any issues related to account setup in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersAssist the Vendor Management team with the maintenance of internal technical toolsAnalyse current Vendor Management administrative processes and identify areas for improvement; work closely with vendor operations team and relevant stakeholders to implement identified process improvements and automationsMaintain and improve processes for managing documents related to ever-expanding partner teams and implement them accordinglyEnsure all owned process guidelines are in place for Vendor and internal teams (e.g., charts, handbooks, and workflows). Assist with internal tools access audits (i.e., access rights with regards to Google Drive etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
