You will act as an ambassador for change, demonstrate agility in your approach, and apply practical problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesManage business-as-usual vendor management requests and ad hoc projectsOversee onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of medium to high-risk/Impact vendors.Collaborate with SMEs (e.g., Infosec, Legal, Compliance) to assess and mitigate third-party risks.Maintain outsourcing and risk registers; ensure data accuracy in the Vendor Master Database.Lead change initiatives, policy updates, and regulatory compliance efforts.Respond to audit queries and manage vendor escalations and communications.Support Supplier Relationship Management with compliance data and reporting.Drive process improvements and automation in P2P workflows using tools like, Aravo, SAP Concur and ServiceNow.Understanding of contract management and review processes.Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management FrameworksLeverage AI tools for vendor risk analytics and predictive insights.Required Experience & Skills2-3 years proven experience in vendor management or procurement, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.Strong knowledge of vendor lifecycle, risk assessment, and global regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, MAS, GDPR).Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change leadership.Familiarity with AML, PEP, sanctions screening, and due diligence tools (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet, Moodys).Agile, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.Preferred QualificationsCIPS Qualifications advantageousThird Party Risk/GRC Certifications advantageousHow We WorkWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
