The Venture Partner will work closely with startups in the NextStars ecosystem, providing strategic advice, guiding investment decisions, and supporting portfolio management. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting due diligence on potential ventures, assisting with fundraising processes, and mentoring entrepreneurs to strengthen their business strategies. The Venture Partner will play an essential role in evaluating opportunities and contributing to the long-term success of climate-conscious ventures. Qualifications Expertise in Investments, Angel Investing, and understanding investment dynamicsStrong skills in Portfolio Management and Finance to oversee and guide strategic growthExperience conducting Due Diligence to evaluate potential business venturesProven strategic thinking and communication skills to effectively mentor entrepreneursPassion for supporting climate-conscious ventures and understanding of the startup ecosystemExperience in international markets and scaling global ventures is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is preferred
