Job Description
Job responsibilities :1. Fully responsible for store operation and management, ensuring normal operation, implementing the company's various marketing strategies, and leading store employees to achieve revenue targets2. Responsible for the planning and specific implementation management of amusement activities, the division of labor and job training for each position, and continuously improving the professional abilities of employees3. Responsible for implementing all operational norms and standards of the store, inspecting and supervising employees to strictly follow the company's service regulations and quality requirements to ensure the safety of the store and customers entering the store4. Collect and provide feedback on customer feedback and requests for the store, and handle customer complaints and various issues that arise during service work properlyJob Requirements :1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in management or marketing2. More than 2 years of experience in store management (amusement park, game center, and arcade operation), with basic understanding and implementation experience in sales management, performance improvement, personnel management, and product management of stores3. Language proficiency: English, Indonesian4. Having good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong resilience and a desire to take on challenges, and possessing unique insights into management5. Strong data sensitivity, proficient in analyzing, budgeting, summarizing, and planning store data
