The Venue Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and optimising sales. This role is based in Miami, QLD.QualificationsCustomer Service, Communication, and Sales skillsExperience in Food & Beverage and TrainingAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and organisational skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredRSA certificationKnowledge of cocktail recipes and bar management software is a plus
