The Venue Sourcing Consultant will be responsible for sourcing venues for events across various locations, ensuring ideal matches for client requirements while negotiating optimal rates. Key duties will include conducting in-depth research, maintaining client communication to assess needs, maintaining relationships with vendors and venues, and staying updated on industry trends. The consultant will also assist in creating and delivering tailored proposals that reflect the client’s vision while ensuring high levels of service and professionalism.QualificationsStrong research, organizational, and analytical skills to identify and evaluate suitable venuesProficiency in negotiation, vendor relationship management, and event coordinationExcellent communication and client engagement skills to capture and address clients' needsAttention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to meeting deadlinesKnowledge of the events industry, trends, and familiarity with venues, particularly in London and the UKProficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is an assetBachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
