In this functional leadership role, you will own execution of our Solution Verification Framework, coordinating cross-domain testing, performance, security, and operational readiness for customer deployments. You’ll lead the adoption of GitOps for customer solutions, promote best practices across teams, and ensure releases meet the highest quality standards. We’d love to hear how you can contribute — let’s continue the conversation!Visit this link for more information about Ericsson Wallet Platform!Ericsson Mobile Financial Services: Mobile Money and FintechWhat You Will Do Lead the Solution Verification Program across all framework phases: Delivery intake & traceability, Component validation, Solution integration testing, Performance & stability testing, Operational readiness verification, Release readiness review Define and maintain verification plans, test scenario catalogues, and scorecards Lead the adoption of Git Ops for customer solutions, ensuring automated, declarative deployments aligned with CI/CD pipelines Promote automation and tooling adoption for functional, performance, and observability testing Collaborate with solution architects, development teams, and operations to ensure cross-functional alignment Monitor and report on verification progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders Facilitate go/no-go decisions based on objective verification outcomes Champion continuous improvement of the verification framework and processesYou will bring Strong program management expertise with experience in multi-phase technical programs Solid understanding of system integration, performance testing, and operational readiness in fintech or telecom environments Hands-on experience with GIT Ops principles, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD automation Familiarity with tools such as Robot Framework, JMeter, k6, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Jenkins, GitLab CI Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse technical teams Analytical mindset with a focus on quality, risk management, and compliance University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Fluent in English (written and spoken)ApplicationWe look forward to your application with CV in English.
