Your future role would sit you within a team of 5 knowledgeable and experienced colleagues across Denmark and India. ResponsibilitiesYou will product manage turbine and contractual solutions & concepts in Service - i. e. full life commercial ownership of most valuable product solutions from cradle to grave.
Product Management - take high priority service product & solutions to market that are scalable, standardized and matured to ensure high regional efficiency, risk management optimization and highest possible value captureProduct Ownership – secure performance tracking of Service products, monitor value realization and ensure regional supportService product roadmap – contribute to build of long-term roadmap with reference in market Segmentation, customer segmentation, commercial product positioning, business case certainty & value engineeringService Requirements – Drive Service commercial requirements towards new product design.
On Top / stretched assignments requiring analytical skills in combination with Senior leadership communication and insight to Vestas Service business and value chainQualificationsYou have a solid engineering background with a minimum of 5 years' wind industry experience delivering high value solution and managing complex projects in either Service or Construction, combined with commercial experience in the Service business. An engineering background in a relevant field e. g. , Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or Production Engineering, alternatively equivalent commercial background with technical fluency in turbine and service product development.
Educational background at master's degree level or alternatively a bachelor's degree supplemented by extensive field experience and wind industry business knowledgeStrong experience in project managing complex, cross-functional strategic and product projects Relevant experience with Turbines OEMs or Independent service providers. (Service business acumen)Snr. Leadership communication experienceVery high proficiency in written and verbal EnglishAdvanced skills with MS PowerPoint, Word and ExcelCompetenciesHave sufficient technical acumen to allow for Product and Sales friendly content & support for Regions.
