ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees in Türkiye, Greece, and South AfricaPartner with local and regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectivesSupport workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategiesProvide guidance on performance management, employee development, and succession planningEnsure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while maintaining a pragmatic and business-oriented approachCollaborate with global HR teams on initiatives such as compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and diversity & inclusion programsSupport change management efforts and organizational development projectsMaintain accurate HR data and contribute to HR reporting and analyticsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in an international or regional roleExtensive knowledge of employment practices in Türkiye, Greece, and South AfricaDemonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across cultures and functionsEffective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsFluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)Willingness to travel occasionally across the regionCompetenciesBusiness Acumen:
