Vice President - Capital Markets/Corporate Finance

As part of their ongoing strategic expansion in Turkey, they are looking to hire a highly qualified and driven Capital Markets/Corporate Finance VP to lead the origination and execution of capital markets transactions across the region. This is a senior leadership role with significant visibility and impact, offering the opportunity to work within a high-caliber team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets transactions (debt, equity, structured solutions) as well as corporate finance mandates (M&A advisory, strategic financing, liability management, restructuring).Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, private equity firms, and government-related entities.Provide clients with advice on market conditions, funding strategies, capital structure optimization, and transaction timing.Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes in collaboration with product and coverage teams.Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-border transactions.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and client focus.Qualifications:Excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.15+ Minimum 10–12 years of professional experience in capital markets, corporate finance, investment banking, or structured finance, ideally within a global or regional financial institution.Proven expertise in DCM, ECM, derivatives, and treasury products.Strong track record in advising and executing corporate finance transactions, including debt restructuring, and equity raising.Solid understanding of local market dynamics, macroeconomic factors, and the regulatory environment.Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities, with a track record of successful deal origination and execution.Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.Fluency in English (written & spoken) is essential.
