ResponsibilitiesLead the overall execution of the thermal power plant project, ensuring timely delivery withinbudget and quality parameters. Oversee the commissioning process and ensure seamless handover to the operations teamupon project completion. Manage the optimization of the project, including finalization of plot, design, and balance ofplant to maximize efficiency and output. Implement advanced technological initiatives to improve operational efficiency and valuegeneration for the thermal project. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including governmentagencies, contractors, and local communities, to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place. Drive adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the projectlifecycle. Provide strategic leadership to the project team, fostering a culture of accountability,innovation, and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with the broader objectives ofthe Adani Group’s thermal power business. Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to achieve project milestones anddeliverables.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration (preferred).25+ years of experience in thermal power plant project execution, including commissioningand optimization.
