SEE FULL DETAILS BELOW.About the roleWe’re hiring a highly organised, technically minded Admin Assistant to support the CEO of Kandidly. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-sufficient and confident communicating in excellent English. UK experience (living in the UK or working with UK clients) is highly desirable.You’ll manage calendars, support recruitment, post content on LinkedIn, assist with social advertising tasks, and handle a range of day-to-day admin responsibilities. You’ll also need to be comfortable learning new tools quickly, working with AI tools, and taking initiative without being micromanaged.Key responsibilitiesFull diary and inbox management for the CEOAssist with recruitment: posting roles, screening applicants, coordinating interviewsPosting content on LinkedIn and other social platformsSupporting with social ad setup and execution (full training provided, but involvement may be significant at times)Handling general admin tasks, follow-ups and internal communicationTroubleshooting basic IT issues (software access, login issues, permissions, file management)Working with spreadsheets, databases and internal toolsCoordinating with candidates, partners and third partiesUsing AI tools to draft messages, summarise information, support research and improve efficiencyRequirements4–5 years experience as an Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant or Operations AssistantExcellent written and verbal English; experience with UK companies or UK culture is a strong plusHighly organised, detail-driven and naturally proactiveStrong technical mindset – comfortable learning new digital tools, platforms and systemsProficient with AI tools and able to use them independently for productivityStrong computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, basic troubleshooting, etc.Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and problem-solve without hand-holdingReliable, punctual and consistentWorking hours:You must work UK hours (9:00am to 5:30pm UK time).This is typically 2:30pm to 11:00pm India time, shifting to 1:30pm to 10:00pm during the UK’s summer clock change.What we provideCompany laptopTraining on relevant tools (ads platforms, internal systems, task management tools)Stable, long-term role as a career admin professional supporting a UK agencyHow to applySend the following to jobs@kandidly.co.uk:A short Loom (or equivalent) video (you can sign up to Loom for free) – up to 5 minutesIntroduce yourselfOutline your admin/EA experienceExplain any UK experience you haveShare why you believe you’re the right fitYour CVYour LinkedIn profile or portfolio (if relevant)Applications without the intro video will not be considered.
