With a market cap of $5Bn+, a young & dynamic workforce and an exponentially growing global solar market, Premier Energies is well placed to be the global organization for the future! https://www.premierenergies.comResponsibilities:Facility Management Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, security, and utility services for the plant and office premises.Monitor AMC contracts and vendor service quality for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure.Coordinate with engineering teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.Administrative Operations Maintain records of admin expenses, budget tracking, and cost control initiatives.Manage company assets (furniture, IT peripherals, tools) and inventory tracking.Ensure availability of office supplies and PPE kits for production and admin staff.Vendor & Contractor Management Evaluate, onboard, and manage service providers (transport, canteen, housekeeping, courier, etc.).Ensure adherence to SLAs, safety protocols, and timely payments.Conduct periodic audits of third-party services.Employee Support Services Coordinate travel, lodging, and transport arrangements for staff and visitors.Manage ID cards, access control, and workplace ergonomics.Facilitate employee engagement activities and CSR initiatives. QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in Administration - Manufacturing Industry.
