The firm delivers tailored investment, financing, and wealth management solutions — combining corporate finance expertise with a personalized advisory approach.They are seeking a Vice President to join their Zurich team and take a lead role in advising clients on M&A, capital markets, and private investment opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a mix of investment banking and private banking experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an existing network in the European UHNW or family office space.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on M&A, fundraising, and capital structuring transactions.Originate and execute investment opportunities across private and public markets.Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.Manage client portfolios and coordinate integrated wealth solutions.Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, family offices, and investors.Requirements:5–8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Banking.Proven transaction execution and client advisory experience.Strong understanding of valuation, capital markets, and portfolio management.Entrepreneurial and client-oriented mindset with a strong European network.Fluent in English and German; an additional EU language is a plus.
