Are you ready to lead a digital transformation in a multi-billion dollar company?Our client is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge digital products. You will drive the digital transformation journey, creating advanced tools that enhance supply chain, operations, sales, and customer service. Reporting to the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team to transform analytical innovations into scalable, production-grade solutions.Leadership and ExecutionFoster a culture of digital enablement and continuous improvement.Build and scale the Digital Products team to deliver impactful MVPs.Collaborate with the VP of Analytics to ensure seamless transitions from POC models to operational solutions.Advise executive leadership on digital product investment and prioritization.Product Development & Technical OversightDrive product strategy focused on reusability and impact.Guide teams from MVP to scaled deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability.Ensure robust data pipelines and performance optimization in digital products.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with key leaders to execute the strategic roadmap of digital transformation.Coordinate with IT for seamless tool transitions into production environments.Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.Strategic Impact & Change LeadershipPrioritize initiatives based on enterprise value and feasibility.Maintain feedback loops with users to ensure adoption and satisfaction.Lead the organization's evolution into a digitally native enterprise.QualificationsRequired:10 years in digital product development, software engineering, or transformation roles.Proven success in scaling MVPs into enterprise solutions.Expertise in software development and modern DevOps or MLOps practices.Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred:Experience in industrial distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing.Exposure to private equity environments.Technical background in data science or scalable digital architecture.Experience driving digital cultural change in established businesses.At Talent Wave Associates, we connect outstanding talent with exceptional opportunities.
