Your day-to-day activities will involve preparing insightful marketing materials, generating trade ideas that resonate with clients’ needs, and executing trades with meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for monitoring market trends and providing timely indications to clients while managing both pre- and post-trade workflows efficiently. Collaboration is at the heart of this role; you will work closely with colleagues across different product offices and regions to ensure seamless service delivery. Success in this position requires a blend of technical expertise in market systems, a nurturing approach towards client engagement, and a commitment to supporting team objectives through dependable performance.Strengthen the sales business by achieving assigned revenue targets and other non-financial KPIs under the One Global Markets framework, ensuring all objectives are met through teamwork and shared goals.Prepare engaging marketing materials and create trade ideas tailored to clients’ needs, demonstrating sensitivity to individual requirements and fostering long-term relationships.Maintain and expand the client base by conducting deep dives into client portfolios, identifying new opportunities for connection and growth through considerate analysis.Monitor market windows closely and provide timely support on indications, ensuring clients receive reliable information when they need it most.Execute trades with precision and care, upholding high standards of accuracy while nurturing trust with clients throughout every transaction.Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers or teammates with enthusiasm, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support communal goals.Collaborate effectively with other Product Offices and Coverage team across all regions, promoting inter-dependence and shared success.Fully complied with relevant internal policy and authorities regulations.What you bring:To excel as Vice President – Global Markets Sales, your proven experience should include several years working within banking or global markets environments where collaboration was key to achieving results. Your background should demonstrate not only technical proficiency but also an ability to build lasting relationships with financial institution clients. A solid academic foundation combined with professional expertise in FICC, FX & Rates Derivatives will enable you to understand complex client requirements. Familiarity with MS Office tools as well as Bloomberg or RM systems is important for effective communication and analysis.
