We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Be part of an A Team. This role offers senior level interaction with the Client, and within Marsh.The role gives access to leading Risk Management and Multinational worksteams, presenting opportunities to be part of the implementation of major client servicing strategies. Offers learning from industry leading experts in the field.Unprecedented opportunity to meaningfully impact our clients and make a difference.We will count on you to:Support in project managing the servicing or a major global client at Marsh. This includes Property, Multinational and Stock Throughput Programs.Analytical and research skills are key to understanding account structure and framework. An ideal candidate will be motivated to gain a comprehensive understanding of the global client and coinciding business needs.Communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail are essential in presenting to senior management teams both within Marsh, and the client.Understand Marsh’s digital tools and offerings in order to suggest and oversee implementation of chosen platforms. Marsh digital solutions are constantly evolving however the candidate should be fluent in use of MS apps used for everyday presentations and meetings.Attends, participates and prepares presentations or meetings for client and internal teams, and tracks progress at timely intervals.Identifies expansion opportunities leveraging an advanced understanding of internal service and product offerings, market trends and developments and the business standing of specific accounts.Have a good working knowledge of insurance across all classes and possess good communication skills to inform client and Marsh team members in a timely and concise manner. ACII/ professional qualifications and or Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ work experience in the relevant area would be ideal but not essential.The account management team for large clients spans different geographies especially in London, USA and Singapore.
