Vice President of Account Management

They are currently seeking a dynamic VP Account Management to drive business growth across North America.We're searching for a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to spearhead client relationship management across North America. This role is responsible for overseeing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth with corporate / enterprise accounts.The role is fully remote and can be located anywhere across the US.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and maximize revenue potential.Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.Establish a strategic account plan, expand client relationships, track client performance metrics, and provide regular reports on account health and business growth.About You:10+ years account management / business development experience in selling warehousing, transportation, drayage, and FTL.Strong background in selling to eCommerce, Retail, Automotive, Industrial or Food & Beverage customers.Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex enterprise relationships.
