This senior leadership position is responsible for shaping and amplifying our brand identity—internally and externally—through holistic, forward-thinking strategies that build the agency’s visibility and reputation across all channels. The VP of Brand will lead and inspire teams, oversee high-impact campaigns, and serve as a strategic counsel to the CMO and other members of the executive leadership team, ensuring a unified and compelling brand presence at every touchpoint.Responsibilities Partner directly with the CMO to develop and execute brand strategies that differentiate and elevate the Allison Worldwide brand in global markets. Serve as principal brand strategist and senior advisor to the executive team, championing the integration of the brand vision in all agency initiatives and campaigns. Lead holistic brand marketing efforts—including digital, social, content, media, and experiential platforms—to drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Oversee agency brand health, proactively identifying opportunities and challenges to ensure long-term strength and relevancy. Develop and manage ground-breaking brand campaigns and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners as needed. Advance thought leadership and reputation initiatives for Allison Worldwide, representing the brand at industry events and in media. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources for brand programs; contribute to agency-wide operational efficiency. Coach, mentor, and inspire brand marketing teams, fostering a positive, innovative, and inclusive environment. Lead new business marketing initiatives, agency award submissions, and promotional programs designed to spotlight the agency’s achievements. Monitor industry trends and champion best practices in brand marketing and storytelling. Qualifications 8+ years of senior leadership experience in brand management, marketing, or communications within a PR or marketing agency; direct experience partnering with CMO or senior executives preferred. Proven ability to architect and execute innovative brand strategies that produce measurable growth. Track record managing cross-channel campaigns and driving integrated brand initiatives at scale. Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills; able to inspire diverse groups toward a unified vision. Strong business acumen in budgeting, resource management, and contract oversight. Deep understanding of the global media landscape, digital marketing tools, and brand analytics. Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, comfortable interfacing with executive leadership and media. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, or related field required ; advanced degree or specialized certification is a plus. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous unlimited PTO plan, 401k program and comprehensive benefits plan.
