The successful candidate will be working with our management and product development teams to lead, collaborate, develop relationships and partnerships with robotic clients and customers for our 5k1n gloves, wearables, robotic skin, robotic products, data and LLMs, focusing on real-time control, data collection, tele-operation, visualization and breakthrough physical AI applications. The candidate will work our management and interface with business leaders in different vertical to launch successful products.Responsibilities:Work with the management team to develop strong, growing, and innovative business opportunities with humanoid and robotic companies, develop business strategies for attracting and engaging customers.Develop business opportunities and partnerships with multi-channel robotic products for addressing pain points in different verticals including advanced manufacturing, healthcare, home-care, agriculture and security.Collaborate with other team for launch of 5k1n gloves, wearables, robotic skin and robotic systems.Develop scalable strategies for rapid growth through partnerships with enterprise and small businesses, and work on both monetizing hardware, data and LLM revenues.Bring up matching between partnership opportunities and product development priorities and beware of complexities in software and hardware product developments and manufacturing.Be open to new ideas, incorporate feedback, enjoy start-up culture and ready for bringing new revolutionary products to market. Lots of growth potential.Present and communicate with humanoid companies, AI companies, data companies, and collaborate with our partners, universities and governmental agencies.Enjoy a fun, productive, and diverse team environment and engage with different team members.Self-starter, initiating projects, taking ownership and do what it takes to get the job done.Minimum Qualifications:BS or Graduate Degree in Electrical, Computer, Computer Science, Mechatronics or Robotics Engineering2+ year of industry experience working on related topicsExperience with robotic systems, embedded sensors, robotics interactions, processor architecture, analog and digital circuit design and various communications protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, USB, MIPI, I2S, etc.Strong experience in ROS, python or other operating systems and platform software systemsExperience in movement and biomechanics applicationsExperience in use of IMUs and other wearable sensorsExperience in optimizing performance and memory usage for resource constrained embedded systemsExperience in PCB design, fabrication, soldering and other hardware fabrication and maintenanceRequirements:Minimum four years partnership and business development experience. A strong knowledge of robotic industry, humanoids, AI and LLMs.Deep experience in commercialization of new products, new product launch strategies.Able to travel, attend trade shows, display product performance, and talk about potential use cases and breakthroughs with potential clients and businesses.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, and sales.Exceptional relational management skills.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and the ability to present and influence at an executive level.Highly organized, problem-solving, big picture thinking skills and efficient work and planning skills.Experience in understanding and assessing the needs and pain points of different client and customer groups.Deep interest in advanced technology, robotics and advancing the technology of future.Resourcefulness - Able to work with a wide variety of internal and external resources including managing expectations and establishing credibility/trust.
