Job Title: Vice President of Data Center ConstructionLocation: Texas, United StatesSalary: $250,000 - $300,000 + BonusesRole Overview:The Vice President will be responsible for leading the companies growth in the Data Center industry. The role will be instrumental in driving business development, leading construction operations and building a team to succeed and grow in the data center industry.Key Responsibilities:Direct the delivery of ground-up, brownfield, and interior fit-out data center projects, ensuring projects are executed according to established schedules and stakeholder expectations, and assuming full accountability for scope, timeline, quality, and budget.Provide guidance and leadership to construction management team.Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of the construction portfolio to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Develop, manage, and report on construction budgets, forecasts, and financials.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design and engineering teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative solutions aimed at improving project delivery and overall performance.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.At Irving Knight Group, we value diversity and equal opportunity.
