Your RoleAs the VP of Engineering, you will oversee a large, multi-disciplinary engineering team of 40+ members responsible for delivering high-performance digital products. You will define the technical vision, drive engineering excellence, and ensure that all technology initiatives align with long-term business objectives. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical direction, enabling both innovation and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & People Development- Lead and mentor a diverse engineering team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.- Set clear performance expectations and empower engineering leaders to execute on product development goals.- Foster professional growth through training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing across global teams.Product Development & Innovation- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software and hardware solutions.- Ensure technical excellence and adherence to best practices across all stages of product delivery.- Promote a data-driven approach to innovation and continuous improvement.Infrastructure & Technology Strategy- Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient systems that support large-scale operations.- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives to enhance performance, stability, and security.- Identify emerging technologies that can elevate product capabilities and development efficiency.Strategic Planning & Business Alignment- Collaborate with executive leaders to define and execute the company’s technical roadmap.- Translate business objectives into actionable engineering strategies and milestones.- Balance short-term delivery priorities with long-term innovation and platform scalability.Cross-functional Collaboration- Partner with Product, Operations, and Business teams to ensure alignment across all departments.- Communicate complex technical strategies in clear, business-oriented language to key stakeholders.- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping guide technology decisions that impact overall growth.Requirements- 10+ years of experience in technology or software development, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.- Proven record of leading large engineering teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.- Deep understanding of modern software architectures, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.- Experience working with AI or hardware-integrated solutions is highly desirable.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.What We Offer- Hybrid work flexibility and a globally distributed team culture.- Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.- A chance to lead and shape a world-class engineering organization within a fast-growing tech company.- Collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment focused on continuous learning and growth.
