Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Land Development located in Baku. The Vice President of Land Development will be responsible for managing land use planning, overseeing land development projects, conducting feasibility studies, and acquiring land. This role involves leading and coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications Experience in Land Use and Land DevelopmentExpertise in conducting Feasibility StudiesProficiency in Land Use PlanningSkills in Land AcquisitionStrong leadership and team coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fieldExperience in the real estate industry is a plus
