Job Description

Contract: Full-time, PermanentWork-mode: Hybrid (4 days from the office and 1 day from home)Location: SingaporeSalary: Up to SGD $240,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of eFX liquidity management, including sourcing, optimising, and monitoring liquidity from multiple bank and non-bank providersDevelop and execute liquidity strategies to ensure high-quality pricing, execution, and optimal market accessMonitor spreads, market conditions, and client flows to enhance liquidity pools and mitigate risksIdentify and respond swiftly to abusive trading behaviours such as latency arbitrage or toxic flowManage B2B liquidity relationships and ensure service excellence for institutional clientsManage prime brokerage relationships, including negotiating terms, managing credit lines, and ensuring operational efficiencyCoordinate with Risk, Operations, and Finance to align PB workflows and collateral management processesPartner with Quant, Sales, Risk, Integration, and Technology teams to deliver best-in-class liquidity solutionsOversee integration of new pricing streams, client FIX onboarding, and platform connectionsServe as the senior point of contact for all liquidity-related counterparties and key institutional clientsMaintain robust liquidity risk monitoring frameworks in line with regulatory requirementsImplement strong controls in collaboration with Risk and Compliance teamsUse Python, SQL, and basic coding skills to extract and analyse historical price ticks and liquidity dataIdentify and deliver enhancements to liquidity analytics, infrastructure, and connectivityLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing liquidity teamRepresent the business at industry events, conferences, and in media engagementsPromote the company’s liquidity offering to prospective institutional partnersRequirements10–15+ years’ experience in the FX industry, with deep expertise in e-trading and liquidity managementProven track record in managing relationships with liquidity providers, prime brokers, and institutional clientsStrong network within the liquidity provider and prime brokerage ecosystemSolid experience working with dealing teams, including quant/systematic desksProficiency in Python, SQL, and basic coding for data extraction and analysisAbility to detect and mitigate abusive trading patterns in real timeStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (postgraduate qualifications such as CFA or MBA are advantageous)Experience managing liquidity operations across multiple APAC jurisdictions
