LifeSpire of Virginia is seeking a Vice President of Marketing Services to join our Home Office Team in Glen Allen, VA. This role will lead efforts to elevate our brand, drive digital innovation, and align marketing strategies that support our mission of inspiring lives and empowering individuals with choices in purposeful living.General Overview:The Vice President of Marketing Services is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization’s external image and presence. This position serves as the primary relationship manager for the external marketing partners who collaborate with the communities on marketing automation, digital strategies, web development, SEO work, expansion programs and CRM maintenance. The Vice President works closely with the C.O.O., VP of Operations, Executive Directors, Marketing Directors, and operations teams to ensure alignment between corporate objectives and community marketing efforts.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Supports the Mission, Values and Vision of LifeSpire of Virginia. Serves as relationship manager with third party marketing and sales firms, including: Preparing quarterly dashboard reports Managing SEO initiatives Developing digital strategies, PPC (pay per click), Google Ads Creating and implementing annual marketing plans Overseeing website maintenance Conducting brand audits Preparing quarterly benchmark reports Manages corporate communications, including: Producing the quarterly newsletter Coordinating crisis communications Supporting C-level communications Preparing and distributing press releases Provides direct oversight of the website functionality for the home office, foundation, AgeSmart and all communities Provides guidance, support and direction for internal marketing expansion plans Serves as relationship manager for LifeSpire’s CRM system across the organization Provides annual pricing recommendations Oversees pre-admission actuarial software Performs other duties as assigned.Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree required Senior living sales experience preferred In depth knowledge of marketing systems, marketing automation, SEO work and digital strategies.
